Toni has been in the property management industry since 1989. She has worked for Certified Management, Inc. since 1993 working her way to the position of Chief Operating Officer. She is a graduate of the University of Hawaii at Manoa. She is a licensed Real Estate Broker since 1992 and is the Principal Broker for Certified Management, Inc. She is also a member of the National Association of Parliamentarians and has been a Notary for over 16 years.

Throughout her years involved in condominium management, she continues to focus on education and prepares educational seminars and training for managers, Account Executives and members of the Board of Directors. She also writes for the CMI Quarterly Newsletter, and has contributed in the past to the CAI-Hawaii Newsletter.

Toni holds three designations awarded by the National Community Association Institute; the CMCA®, AMST®, and PCAM® credentials. She is active in the local CAI Chapter for many years, having served on the Legislative Action Committee, the Membership Committee and the ABC Committee. She continues to serve on the ABC Committee as a member. She has held the past titles of Chair and Co-Chair with Mr. Al Denys on this committee and continues to work to improve this annual seminar sponsored by CAI-Hawaii.

She is married to husband Dave, and has two beautiful children, Darrah and Nic.
