Susan Gregg joined Certified Management, Inc. in 1995. With 15 years of previous property management experience, she has enjoyed the diverse and challenging position of a Community Association Manager.

Susan holds the designations of Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA®) as well as the highest credential offered in this field the Professional Community Association Manager (PCAM®).

In 2002, Susan was awarded the new title of “Sr. Regional Vice-President of Hawaii”. The CMI Kona Office was opened in 1995 and has continued to grow in business from Kona to Kohala. The CMI dedication to our clients has been paramount to our success. Ten additional Association Managers are now employed in Kona to manage our client portfolio along with five customer service associates.

Susan is proud to be a part of such a growing business and continues to strive to provide the best service to her customers.
