Mr. Zutell is responsible for the Building Services Operations for N.N. Jaeschke, Inc.

He started with the firm as the maintenance supervisor and was then promoted to the Vice President of Building Services Operations.

He has more than 20 years experience in the Construction and Maintenance Fields. Mr. Zutell has also worked on Military Housing maintenance Contracts in various capacities on both the East and the West coast. He is responsible for the Maintenance Department, Construction Department, as well as Facilities and Painting.
