Patrice Asuncion has been a resident of the Garden Island, Kauai for over thirty years and currently manages both condominium and homeowner associations there. Her primary objective is to provide quality, professional management with a personal touch, specializing in communication and teamwork among board members and homeowners.

Prior to her decision to accept the position at Certified Management, Inc. in November of 2000, she had the opportunity to work for Hanalei Bay Resort as their Accounting Manager. Preceding that, she was the Project/Accounting Manager at a time-share resort for ten years. In addition, she has extensive experience in the hospitality industry working in the financial and administrative departments of Princeville Corporation and Sheraton Princeville Hotel.

“The more knowledge (or the knowledge of resources) one possesses, the better able such an individual becomes at problem solving and goal actualizing”. To that end, Patrice has earned her CMCA® (Certified Manager of Community Associations) and AMS® (Association Manager Specialist) and PCAM® (Professional Community Association Manager) designation.

All work and no play…is not healthy or productive. In her personal time, she enjoys outrigger canoe paddling, and helping her husband on their farm!
