Mark Lewis serves as President of Community Archives the leader in automated services for the property owner association industry, with headquarters in Tucson Arizona. After purchasing a home in a community with mandatory membership in a homeowners' association, he was elected to the association's board of directors. He soon became frustrated with the lack of qualifications and service provided by the management companies serving his community and others in the region. As a result, he decided to start his own management company.

Through active membership in the local realtors' association, local homebuilders' association, and other community groups, Mr. Lewis became active in early stage development of new residential communities planned for the Tucson area. He began providing services to developers including association budgeting, creation of association governing documents, and other tasks necessary in establishing a community association. Lewis Management Resources quickly became the leader in acquisition of new communities.

Mr. Lewis has become an expert in community associations through completion of education courses taught through the Community Associations Institute (CAI), attendance at Arizona Law seminars, completion of land planning courses, and other related coursework. To supplement this formal education and training, Mr. Lewis has spent a significant amount of time personally researching association-related case law. As a recognized leader in the industry, Mr. Lewis has been invited to appear on radio talk shows, to testify at government hearings related to associations, and to provide recommendations at the local, state and federal government levels related to association regulations.

Mr. Lewis has utilized the experience of owning and operating the most successful management firm in the region in his new position as President of Community Archives.
