George Gardner is Vice President and Director of the Condominium Division for Community Management Corporation in Fairfax, Virginia. He has served as a portfolio manager since 2002, currently managing four properties, and supervises two managers.

George’s career has spanned nearly 20 years in the real estate industry. He has a broad base of experience and expertise in multi-family residential property management, supervision, human resources, marketing, budgeting and strategic planning. He has served as the past Vice President for the Northern Virginia Apartment Association, and the past President of the National Interim Housing Network. George holds a B.S. in Wildlife Ecology, an M.S. in Systems Ecology and has done graduate work in Public Administration at George Washington University.
