Gail VanDyke is one of Mid-Atlantic Management's four Regional Directors. Gail oversees a staff of nineteen Community Managers and Community Administrators. Gail and her staff provide management services to over 50 full-service community associations in PA and Delaware and more than a dozen consulting clients. Gail joined Mid-Atlantic Management 21 years ago as an Assistant Community Manager. She moved from that position to Community Manager, then to Area Manager and has been a Regional Director for 17 years.

Gail earned her PCAM designation in 1990 and continues to take the continuing education courses necessary to maintain that designation. In addition, she has served on the Pennsylvania LAC and the national CAI Manager's Ethics Committee. In addition to Gail's CAI educational involvement, she has been active in Mid-Atlantic's in-house educational sessions for staff members. Her department has also hosted several round-table sessions for community leaders and vendors to educate them in various areas such “both sides of snow removal”, financial services, and a variety of landscaping subjects.
