Dee has been in community management for 20 years. During that time she has been involved with teaching for CAI – Rocky Mountain Chapter.

Dee has also served as the Rocky Mountain Chapter President as well as serving on and chairing various committees. She is currently chairing a joint chapter committee (Southern Colorado and Rocky Mountain) of CAI to investigate manager licensing.
